They are standing on the precipice of the rest of their lives. What will the world be like when they get out there? This is an amazing time in a teenager’s life, almost as fleeting as the first year they were born.

I approach senior photo sessions as a time to photograph them exactly who they are, right now. Right now, when you can still see the lines of their childhood in their face, but also the adult they will grow to be. Oh, the places you will go!

As-salamu alaykum

‎My name is Abdul Wasay and I am a photographer. My passion for photography and light comes from my Dad. I try to preserve moments and memories for our past generation and the next.

I love photography because it is fun, it allows me to be creative, it makes me meet new people, and be part of an ever growing community. I love capturing images of special events, moments, times, smiles, and places.

I record the specifics of an event – and make it available for you to share that event with friends and family, long after it’s done and gone.

By capturing special moments in time, you can always remember it in crisp detail, even as your mental memories begin to fade. Plus, those memories will eventually become part of your history, perhaps even family lore. And they won’t just be passed down through stories; they’ll be passed down through images, too.
